Any performance issues or failures arising due to non-dosing, incorrect dosing, or misuse shall be treated as user non-compliance and will not be covered under warranty, free service, or routine maintenance support.
Fees Consultation & Site Visit Charges
If technical assistance or a site visit is required due to non-compliance with the prescribed dosing schedule, a consultation and inspection charge of ₹5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand Only) shall be applicable.
This charge covers technical assessment and site inspection and is payable by the Client Upfront.
Client Scope:Dewatering & Rectification Scope
Any requirement for tank dewatering, sludge removal, flushing, or corrective works resulting from non-dosing or misuse shall be entirely under the client’s scope, including all associated costs, labor, and logistics.
Standard : Environmental & Eco-Compliance
Ergon Bio Tank systems are eco-friendly by design and rely on maintaining a healthy biological balance. Strict adherence to recommended dosing, operation, and maintenance practices is essential for environmental performance and regulatory compliance.
Clause : Limitation of Liability
Ergon INC shall not be liable for any losses, damages, performance failures, or environmental non-compliance resulting from deviation from prescribed usage, dosing schedules, or operational guidelines.
