Product Details

Designed and supplied by Ergon Inc., each cylindrical RCC tank is the result of detailed engineering study and practical field research. Tank dimensions, reinforcement detailing, and structural parameters are carefully optimized to suit site conditions, statutory requirements, and sustainable construction practices, ensuring dependable performance throughout its service life.

Manufactured under controlled factory conditions, Ergon Cylindrical RCC Tanks offer consistent quality, dimensional accuracy, and faster installation, while minimizing on-site civil work. High-grade steel reinforcement enhances crack resistance and durability, making the tanks suitable for long-term use in water and wastewater applications.

Clause 1.0 – Structural Design & Geometry
Ergon Cylindrical RCC Tanks are precast, reinforced cement concrete tanks designed in a circular geometry to ensure uniform load distribution, higher structural strength, and long service life. The cylindrical form minimizes stress concentration and is suitable for underground and surface installations.
Reference: IS 3370 (Part 1–4), IS 456:2000
Ref. No. ERG-RCC-CYL-01
Clause 2.0 – Resistance to Earth & Hydraulic Loads
The circular RCC configuration provides enhanced resistance against earth pressure, groundwater uplift, surcharge loads, and internal hydraulic forces, ensuring stability under varying soil and water conditions.
Reference: IS 3370 (Part 2), CPHEEO Manual on Sewerage & Sewage Treatment
Ref. No. ERG-RCC-CYL-02
Clause 3.0 – Precast Manufacturing & Quality Control
Tanks are factory-cast under controlled conditions, ensuring consistent quality, dimensional accuracy, and superior surface finish while minimizing on-site civil work and installation time.
Reference: IS 15916:2010, IS 456:2000
Ref. No. ERG-RCC-CYL-03
Clause 4.0 – Reinforcement & Durability
High-grade steel reinforcement ensures excellent crack resistance, durability, and long-term performance even in aggressive wastewater and soil environments.
Reference: IS 3370 (Part 1 & 2), IS 456:2000 (Durability Provisions)
Ref. No. ERG-RCC-CYL-04
Clause 5.0 – CPHEEO & Green Building Compliance
Ergon Cylindrical RCC Tanks support sustainable wastewater management systems and comply with decentralized sanitation infrastructure guidelines, making them suitable for green building projects.
