Delivery timelines are estimates. Ergon Inc. is not liable for courier delays, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

Returns and warranty eligibility depend on the product category. Damage due to misuse or improper installation is not covered.

SECTION D – Returns & Refunds Policy

Manufacturing defect verified by Ergon team

2. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used consumables

3. Refund Timelines

UPI / Wallet / Net Banking: 3–7 working days
Credit / Debit Card: 7–10 working days
EMI / Third-Party Payment: 7–12 working days
